South African rapper, singer, songwriter, actress, and poet, Maya Christinah Xichavo Wegerif, known professionally as Sho Madjozi came back with a new song titled, Chale.

Additionally, Chalé is a new single from South African artist Sho Madjozi, released in 2023. The song is a celebration of South African culture, featuring traditional Tsonga and Venda language, as well as a chorus of vocalists and traditional instruments. The song has been described as an “infectious, energetic, and celebratory anthem” and is a reflection of Madjozi’s own experiences growing up in South Africa.
